Anthony Caggiano

Hey there! Welcome to my first webpage that was made by yours truly. It feels weird to have to talk about me...but here we go:
For the past 10 years I have worked for my family's business cutting glass and installing windshields on Semi Trucks and Heavy Equipment. It's something that has always paid the bills but it's time for a career change and for me to pursue something I am passionate about. I have always dabbled and been interested in tech, but a few years back I built my first PC and then became obsessed. I started to wonder how all my digital gadgets worked and started to take everything apart, tinkering with the internals, and making upgrades before putting them back together. Next thing you know, I found myself on DIY Reddit forums where kept reading about a little device called a raspberry pi. That took me down a whole rabbit hole of fun projects where I learned 3D printing, soldering, and light coding. That's what brings me here today and finally deciding to get a degree in computer science.

Outside of work and school, some might say I am a full time hobbyist. I spent most of my teens and 20's in music and film production where I would write, record, mix, and master anything in the Rock, Rap, Hip-Hop, and R&B genres. As far as film, it was mostly related to stop-motion or a category called Machinima. Machinima is basically where I would use video games or program video game engines to create and film different scenes and action sequences with voice actors and then edit that footage into short films. The past few years my main hobby has been roasting coffee and then hand crafting specialty caffienated beverages that I sell to the local community. Right now I am planning on launching a site to sell beans as well as pre bottled cold brew online. Hence the name BaxterLabsCoffee.com!

To use a list on this webpage I am going to teach you how to make cold brew coffee below!

How To Make Cold Brew Coffee:

  1. Measure out your ingredients:
    • 12 Oz Coarse-ground Coffee
    • 64 fl oz. Filtered Water
  2. Add coffee to container such as a mason jar
  3. Pour water over the top of the coffee grounds
  4. Use large spoon or spatula to mix together and fully saturate coffee
  5. Close lid and let sit at room temperature for 13 hours
  6. Strain cold brew through a filter to separate coffee grounds from concentrate.
  7. Serve by mixing 1 part concentrate with 2 parts water or milk in drinking glass
  8. Enjoy!
